All Natural Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

All natural peanut butter lends texture to this breakfast smoothie health drink


  • ½ cup of plain coconut milk (you can also use coconut water or low-fat milk) ½ cup of plain low-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of creamy natural unsalted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of protein
  • 1 tsp of flaxseeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 4 ice cubes


Put all ingredients into a blender. Process until smooth (about 30-45 seconds). Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
