Guiltless Dessert


  • Chilled Berries (Rasberries, Blueberries, and/or Blackberries)
  • Fresh Mint
  • One scoop of Cottage Cheese or Yogurt.


  1. Scoop cottage cheese or low fat Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Add Chilled Berried.
  3. Sprinkle with Fresh Mint and enjoy guilt free!
