Healthy Step Jumpstart Breakfast


  • Organic Kale
  • Organic Spinach
  • Organic Broccoli
  • Organic Grape Tomatoes
  • Omega-3 Organic Eggs
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Blueberries
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Black Pepper


1. In medium size pan, lightly sauté Kale and Spinach with Olive Oil.
2. In a second smaller pan, sautéone whole egg and one egg white.
3. While eggs are cooking, take this time to chop your broccoli and tomatoes.
4. Once chopped, add broccoli and tomatoes to the egg pan.
5. Top off with pepper and nutritional yeast.
6. Flip egg pan contents only once, for a quick 10 second sear (seal in the yolky goodness).
7. Finally, plate your sautéed Spinach and Kale, plate your egg alongside, and finish the plate with two dollops of Greek yogurt with honey and blueberries.
