Low-fat Organic Spinach Dip


  • 2 cups of 2% Fat Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 2 – 11 ounce packages of Baby Spinach
  • 1 package of onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp of minced scallions
  • 8 ounce Water chestnuts
  • Black Pepper
  • Large Round Organic Whole Wheat Bread


1. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients.
2. Blend by hand until ingredients are fully mixed.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
4. Cut around the center of the wheat bread, scoop out the bread and cut it up to place around dip.
5. Add spinach dip to center and you are ready to serve.
Tip: You can also serve with veggies which is a great way to keep cut calories. Perfect low-fat appetizer to bring to a holiday party or a game day snack.that can help cut any overwhelming veggie taste.
