Tara Liz’s Power Smoothie


  • Organic Banana
  • 1 cup of Water
  • ½ cup of Ice
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup of Organic Kale
  • 1 cup of Organic Spinach
  • 1 scoop of Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of Organic Oatmeal
Notes: Mix ingredients in blender until uniform easily drinkable texture. Tip, if your smoothie appears too heavy or thick, add some water.
