Your unique genetic make-up, daily routine, food sensitivities, poor eating habits and lifestyle factors are all essential inputs to creating a formula that works for you to achieve personal success. Fortunately, Healthy Steps Forward recognized this glaring hole within mainstream programs and has made you, as an individual, the priority once again! Pretty refreshing, right? All of your individual traits and goals are incorporated into our program framework to maximize the success rate. Through my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I learned over 100 dietary theories and about bio-individuality. This is the concept that each and every person has unique food and lifestyle needs. There is no one diet that fits all and the truth is that diets don’t last, lifestyle changes do.
